My specialties include proposal writing / development, structuring / positioning, compliance, and document management. I have a keen ability to transform technical input and raw corporate data into proposal narrative. I also bring expert knowledge of Federal / DoD proposal and cost development processes, including multi-cycle color reviews for contracts, quality, compliance, training, and delivery obtained during my 11 years (contractor and employee) at Microsoft.
