About:

I bring 25+ years of capture, proposal, and business experience. For much of the last decade, I have championed women’s equality and empowerment as part of my social and political activism, in addition to my P3 work. I served in a very public role while supporting the secular, nonviolent movements in the Syrian Revolution, which began in 2011. That experience helped refine my capabilities as a communicator and writer. Now, I use this expertise to help organizations reach higher levels of maturity while promoting diversity, resolving change management challenges, and improving communications.
